Rae works with individuals, couples and families from an attachment perspective. Rae specializes in working with children and parents who are struggling with behavior issues, understanding their child's unique temperament, or children who have experienced trauma. In addition, she works with individuals with eating disorders, depression and anxiety.
Rae is also trained as a Circle of Security parent educator, which is an internationally recognized attachment based parenting program. Her work with individuals with eating disorders, depression, and anxiety began in college with a support group that Rae facilitated and has extended into her work as a licensed professional.
